Natural Remedies for Anxiety

This formula does have CBD but it doesn’t have any adaptogen herbs, so it’s just plain CBD (600 mg per oz) mixed with organic hemp seed oil. A lot of people prefer this formula because it can be used for both people & pets.

This formula, just like the other two formulas can be used for anxiety, depression, mood swings & more – but it doesn’t have the additional herbs for support. Still, it’s enough to get the job done!

Some people are just more sensitive to herbs than others and would therefore prefer the plainer version.

I personally love formula C. I also find calmness with Cocoa Calm. I make sure to get enough Vitamin D and Magnesium through topical creams, especially when I can’t get outside. The vitamin D cream helped my vitamin D levels to hit the normal range after years of being low even with high dose supplements. Grounding is something I need to be better at (going barefoot in the grass), and I try to sweat daily. Try several things, singularly and in combination, to find what works for you.
