High doses of caffeine (such as when someone drinks several coffees or energy drinks) can have dangerous side effects.

Some of the side effects of caffeine can include anxiety, insomnia, digestive problems, the break down of muscle, elevated/high blood pressure and addiction.

High blood pressure can result in an increase likelihood of heart attack and stroke due to the fact that it can constrict blood flow to your arteries and Rhabdomyolysis which is the breakdown of skeletal muscle (also caused by consuming too much caffeine), can lead to kidney damage and even kidney failure.

Every cup of coffee should come with these warnings but unfortunately they do not; so instead we live in a hopelessly addicted, sick and clueless society.
